Updated 24 October 2026

This notice covers the FramePilot website and desktop apps, previously called Pixel Photo Batch Uploader. The project is operated by TopGun_Abo.

Your photos and local data

Duplicate scans and previews run on your computer. Scan databases, review choices, settings and logs are saved locally. Photos are not sent to this website for scanning. If you choose phone transfer or a cloud-provider workflow, the selected files go to that device or provider under its own privacy terms.

Suggestions and error reports

When you send a suggestion, we store your reply email (if provided), full message, category, submission time, source, language and app version. These are privately forwarded to the project owner through Gmail and kept in a private archive. Error reports are optional: you can review and edit them before sending. They may include OS/build, CPU, memory, disk capacity, display/runtime details and error codes. Photos and credentials are not automatically attached. Diagnostic ZIP files saved separately may contain file paths, account addresses and scan history; review them before sharing.

Website statistics

We count visits and download starts using a random browser-tab identifier and daily records. Country, device type, operating system, browser, language and traffic-source categories are aggregated for the owner, including a daily email summary. Our analytics tables do not store raw IP addresses, full referral URLs, photo names or email addresses. Country detection is approximate.

Cookies and abuse prevention

A language cookie remembers your selection for up to one year. Session storage helps count visits once per tab per UTC day. To limit suggestion spam, the server uses a salted hash derived from the connection IP and the hour, rather than storing the raw IP in the suggestion-rate table. The hosting and sign-in providers process connection/authentication data separately.

Use, access and retention

Feedback is used to improve FramePilot and reply to you. Website statistics help understand usage. Feedback, delivery records and statistics currently have no automatic deletion schedule. The private archive and owner analytics are access-controlled; aggregate visit/download totals are public. Hosting, email and any services you choose process data under their own terms. Uninstalling the desktop app may leave saved scans and settings on your computer.

Your choices

You can use local duplicate review without sending feedback. You can delete local scan data and change the website language. To ask about your stored feedback or request its deletion, use the suggestion form or contact TopGun_Abo through Discord or Telegram. Include enough information to find your submission; do not send passwords, identity documents or private photos.
